Brad's Bio
Brad Johnson formed his band while serving in the United States Marine Corps aboard the U.S.S. Tarawa in the Middle East. What started as a way to pass the time until he returned home quickly evolved into a thriving musical career. Unlike many of his peers, Brad doesn't rely on gimmicks or soundbite music - he's built his reputation on raw, authentic talent and a true love for real country music. Over the years, the band has had the privilege of sharing the stage with some of country music's biggest names, including Toby Keith, Chris LeDoux, Tracy Byrd, Rascal Flatts, John Michael Montgomery, Montgomery Gentry, Jason Aldean, Gary Allan, the Bellamy Brothers, Smokin' Armadillos, Ricochet, Trick Pony, Merle Haggard, Keith Urban, Bill Engvall, Larry the Cable Guy, Rodney Carrington, and many more.
In addition to these performances, the band has also had the honor of playing at numerous high-profile events, including NASCAR races, where they performed on both the start/finish line and side stages. Brad's music has been featured on radio stations across the United States and internationally. His song "Goin' All the Way" was prominently used in promotions by the Professional Bull Riders (PBR), solidifying his presence in the world of sports and entertainment.
For three years, Brad and his band were a staple at Gilley's in Las Vegas, performing at major events like the ACM Awards, PBR events, NASCAR races, and the National Finals Rodeo (NFR). He has played at every major rodeo in the country and toured globally with the USO, entertaining U.S. troops stationed overseas. In addition to these achievements, Brad has been a regular at top venues such as The Ranch in Anaheim, Cowboy Country in Long Beach, several festivals, concerts, and rodeos.
A highlight of his career came when he was invited to be the last band to perform at the iconic Crazy Horse before its closure. He also had the distinct honor of playing at the farewell party for Chris LeDoux during the Laughlin Rodeo.
Looking ahead, Brad Johnson is set to release his highly anticipated debut full-length album in July 2025. His single, "Feel the Rush," will also be featured in the upcoming film The Accountant 2, marking yet another milestone in his already impressive career. Brad's commitment to staying true to the heart of country music, without relying on shortcuts or trends, continues to set him apart as one of the genre's most authentic voices.
